Spend Boxing day seeing the Medieval Warwick Castle
Take a step back in time and go through the amazing history behind Warwick Castle, hear about the bloody battles that took place, followed by the hugely extravagant banquets and then there are the magnificent royal ceremonies. You will have a chance to explore the walls of the castle including the dungeons! Also dont forget to take a stroll through the well kept gardens.
See Shakespeares birthplace at Stratford upon Avon
From Warwick Castle we head across to Stratford upon Avon where you will see the birthplace of William Shakespeare the great English playwright. You will be taken on a tour across this extremely pretty town, and then you will be taken to have a relaxing and enjoyable lunch at Marlowes Restaurant.
Take a scenic drive through the Cotswolds
We then move on and take one of the most scenic drives you will probably ever experience through the Cotswolds, you will drive through some of the most beautiful villages in the UK and see stunning thatched cottages, pretty little tea shops and old inns that are all still operating today.
Finishing up in the City of Oxford
Finally, we will finish the tour in the University City of Oxford, the colleges date back 700 years and have been host to many of the most famous scholars in the world including the former President of the USA Bill Clint and notable writers such as CS Lewis, Lewis Carroll and JRR Tolkien. Your tour guide will walk you along the cobbled streets and show you the Bodleian Library, Christchurch and the immaculate courtyards that make Oxford famous.

Please be aware that this tour will only operate on Boxing Day, 26th December. Entrance fees to the Medieval Warwick Castle and your lunch in Stratford are also included in your tour price. Unfortunately, Shakespeare's Birthplace will be closed to visitors on Boxing Day.
